Beginner/FundamentalsThis class is recommended for students beginning Jiu Jitsu or students looking to improve and refine their basic Jiu Jitsu skills. This class focuses on taking an in-depth look at basic Jiu Jitsu positions and breaking down technique and movements.
CompetitionHere, concepts are merged with practice, as the student learns to apply the techniques against resistant opponents through specific positional drilling, as well as through live sparring, or “Rolling”. Competition Rules will be explained throughout the class. This class is for active competitors, and includes a vigorous warm up, situational sparring, and competition game planning as well as strategies. This class requires instructor approval.
| No GiThis class teaches Jiu Jitsu without the gi. Students will become acclimated to the fast-paced world of submission grappling. The class focuses on the difference in grips and movements needed to be successful in training without the gi. Techniques learnt are often used in MMA. This class is open to students of all levels.
BJJ All LevelsThis class allows students to drill, train, and spar with other members to improve physical performance and increase technical ability.
